1. Shipment Processing Time & Order Fulfillment

• Handling Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday).
• Fulfillment Days: Orders are fulfilled and handed off to the carrier Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• Order Cut-Off Time: The daily order cutoff time for processing is 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States of America (USA). We are unable to ship to international destinations, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time (Total Delivery)

The total delivery time is the sum of Handling Time and Transit Time.

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–7 Business Days (Calculated as 3 business days Handling Time + 3–4 business days Transit Time).

Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the total package weight and will be displayed at checkout.

• Shipping Carriers: We use carriers that service all destinations within the United States, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Return and Refund Policy for Blackridge

At Blackridge, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the criteria below. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility and Window

We accept returns for items for up to 30 days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must have been purchased directly from Blackridge.
• The product condition accepted includes new and slightly used items.
• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

2. Process for Returns (By Mail)

All returns must be handled by mail. We do not currently offer in-person returns.

To initiate a return:

2. Receive Label: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to package and mail your item(s).
3. Free Return Shipping: We provide a free, prepaid return shipping label for you to download and print.
4. Ship Item: Mail the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Exchanges

We happily accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please contact us at support@shopblackridge.com to check inventory and arrange the exchange.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
• Refund Processing Time: Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be fully processed and for the credit to appear on your statement.
